Below you will find various activities you can play at home as a family to keep your kids active. Some of the activities are fitness related while others will help develop and build various skills used in physical education. If you click on any of the forms and need permission I cannot grant you access because a school district is limiting what you can access.
Digital lesson plan
I have taken my videos from my channel and created this Digital Lesson plan for you to access or share with parents. Please take a look at the video Walkthrough below to learn how to use the Slideshow. The Google Slide link will be a direct link to add to your drive. By having it on your drive for school kids will be able to access everything without having to get permission from me due to school districts guidelines of what they access.
Fitness

Here are some fitness activities you can to at home. Feel free to print what you think you will use. Sorry but I cannot give access to edit the files but you can print of download them directly.
Dancing
One great way to have fun and stay active is through dance. You can burn a lot of calories dancing to your favorite songs. There are so many videos on YouTube where your kids can mirror and follow along with what they see. Here are ones that I have posted.
Activities with timers
This section will have activities explaining how to play with the timers to follow for each round they will play. Feel free to use the entire video or just a certain amount based off your class dynamics.
